Welcome to Wellspring

Wellspring is a welcoming and safe community where you will meet other men, women and children who are living with cancer. At Wellspring you will find volunteers who have gone through an experience with cancer, and many patients, family members, and loved ones who, like you, are dealing with the many challenges that cancer can bring. You will have access to a wide range of expertly led programs and services to help you cope with and manage the impact of cancer on your life.
 

Introducing the newly expanded Wellspring Birmingham Gilgan House!

Wellspring Birmingham Gilgan House reopened its doors at 2545 Sixth Line in Oakville on Wednesday November 28th for programming.  Over the past year, Wellspring in Oakville has undertaken a construction project to double the size of the Centre and the parking facilities.  The expansion has provided Wellspring with purpose built program areas for art therapy and children’s programming while enabling the introduction of new and expanded programs such as Nourish, in our new teaching kitchen and a full Money Matters Resource Centre.  Our expanded exercise facility will allow greater access to our 30 week Cancer Exercise program.  Special attention has been paid to “green” construction principles in order to create as energy efficient and toxic free environment as possible.
