Membership
Becoming a member is Free. All you need to do is complete a Membership Registration Form.
The patients and caregivers who use Wellspring programs are collectively referred to as Wellspring “members.” Being a Wellspring member means that you have visited a Wellspring centre and are interested in participation in the programs and services that Wellspring provides. Membership also means that you will receive regular communication about Wellspring, and the programs and services that are available.
Becoming a member is Free. All you need to do is complete a Membership Registration Form. All information collected through the membership process is confidential, and the information collected helps to inform Wellspring program planning. Information is stored securely, and Wellspring does not share membership information with any person or organization outside of Wellspring.
Before becoming a member, you are welcome to come and visit Wellspring. You will be greeted by a volunteer who is experienced with cancer, with whom you can speak privately about your concerns and needs. The volunteer will also provide you with a tour of the centre, information about the programs that are available, how to access them, and will answer any questions you might have. You are most welcome to bring a family member or friend on this visit.
