This program engages participants in discussion and practice of a variety of techniques that integrate the body, mind and spirit, such as guided imagery, visualization, meditation, relaxation and energy work. Under the direction of an experienced professional program leader, participants can meet others and learn new ways to reduce stress and improve their capacity to cope with cancer.
