Whether you donated, volunteered your time, or helped spread the word, you have made an extraordinary difference\u00a0for individuals and families facing cancer across Alberta.<\/p>\n<p>Here are just a few\u00a0milestones you helped make possible\u00a0this past year:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Expanding Access Across Alberta<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"indent-1\">Thanks to your generosity\u00a0and the dedication of our incredible volunteers,\u00a0as\u00a0well as support from the Government of Alberta, Wellspring Alberta delivered\u00a0more than\u00a040,000 free program visits\u00a0this past year.\u00a0Together,\u00a0we launched\u00a0new outreach programs in Medicine Hat and sustained\u00a0essential services in Red Deer and Lethbridge, bringing life-changing support closer to home\u00a0for an increased number\u00a0of Albertans facing cancer.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Stories of Hope and Strength<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"indent-1\">In this year\u2019s report,\u00a0members like\u00a0Sandy Aguilera\u00a0and\u00a0Lee Tasker\u00a0share\u00a0their\u00a0powerful stories\u2014testimonies to the resilience\u00a0and connection\u00a0your support made possible.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Support for Families and Young Adults<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"indent-1\">With\u00a0the\u00a0generosity of donors,\u00a0including the\u00a0Stollery Charitable Foundation, we launched tailored programs in Edmonton for\u00a0families and young adults\u00a0navigating the challenges of a cancer diagnosis.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Caregiver Support<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"indent-1\">A grant from the Petro-Canada CareMakers Foundation allowed us to grow our caregiver programs, ensuring those who care for loved ones also receive the support and connection they need.<\/p>\n<p>We hope you\u2019ll take a moment to <a href=\"https:\/\/wellspring.ca\/alberta\/about\/financials-and-reports\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">read about the meaningful impact\u00a0you\u2019ve\u00a0helped create<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Because of you, no one has to face cancer alone.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Thanks to your generosity and dedication, we are\u00a0proud to share\u00a0Wellspring Alberta\u2019s 2024-2025 Annual Gratitude Report.
