Emotional freedom technique (EFT) is an alternative treatment for physical pain and emotional distress. It’s also referred to as tapping or psychological acupressure. EFT borrows from the Chinese meridian system to help manage both physical and emotional issues through a simple and easy to learn tapping technique. The best part is that you can learn to begin tapping for yourself!
