Be Well Talks: Food for Thought
Did you know that your food choices may not only impact your physical well-being, but also your mental wellness? Nutrition can affect how we feel in our day to day lives. As such, we can use nutrition to help with focus, attention, feeling sad or stressed. In this lecture, Dr. Khamba will review the theories behind how nutrition impacts the brain, and provide insights into dietary changes you can make to help feed your brain.
