Come experience the joy (and health benefits) of voluntary laughter. Laughter Yoga uses laughter to help you reduce stress, boost your immune system and increase your sense of well-being. We don’t need jokes to laugh and we don’t need to feel like laughing to experience laughter’s benefits. Come out and reconnect with your playful side in this interactive laughing workshop. Don’t let the name fool you, there will be no yoga poses, just lots of laughter!
