Well on the Web is an extension of the programs available in the Wellspring Centres across the country, enabling those who live far from a physical centres, or those not well enough to leave their homes, with access to Wellspring’s special brand of care and support.

Be Well Talks: How to Get a Good Night’s Sleep

Our sleep cycle is time for healing and rejuvenation. In this workshop, we will learn meditation techniques and breathing exercises that will help us get a good night’s sleep. We will learn how to relax and clear the mind. We will learn how to slow the body’s metabolism down. We will learn how to go into a deep sleep and wake up refreshed!
