Gay Men’s Cancer Support Group
This program provides an opportunity for gay men with cancer, and their male partners, to meet with one another to address their unique experiences and challenges of a cancer diagnosis as a member of the LGBTTQ community. Under the leadership of an experienced professional and trained peer, this program is a safe and non-judgmental opportunity for gay men to meet for mutual support while exploring the many emotional, social and practical challenges of coping with cancer. This group meets once a month on a drop-in basis and each session is two hours in length.
Drop-In Program: This program requires no ongoing commitment and is especially helpful for those who are not feeling well, are in treatment or are coping with symptoms that make commitment difficult.
