Meditation: Nurturing the Principals of Loving Kindness
Spontaneous acts of kindness and the intentional nurturing of loving kindness can help us to rewrite old reactive habits and build healthy and satisfying relationships. In this two-part workshop, you will learn how to boost your well-being, reduce stress, and develop forgiveness of self and others. You will learn techniques that will support personal growth, self-acceptance and help to foster our loving relationships and build bridges with our difficult ones. These meditation tools are gentle and develop over time, but the benefits can often be felt immediately.
