Bullet Journaling for Organization, Creativity and Coping
If you had a magic journal, custom designed just for you, what would be in it?
Bullet journaling is a totally customizable system that you build as you go – so it’s 100% you! It can be done with a notepad and pencil, loose leaf and a ballpoint pen, or the most special notebook you have and the fanciest markers. Part task list, part diary and part planner, bullet journaling can help get and keep you on track through fog, appointments or just plain old busy days. It can help with mindfulness practices or even become a scrapbook of your life if you want it to!
After these practical, hands-on sessions, participants will be able to:
· Outline and describe the Bullet Journal system
· Choose the appropriate tools to use for their personal journaling practice
· Utilize their journal in whatever way they see fit, customized totally to their life!
Bring your desired journal (which can even be loose leaf or printer paper if that’s what you have!) and any pens, pencils, markers, stickers, rulers or anything else you might like to use. Glue, tape and magazines or stencils can be fun! Actual Bullet type journals can be purchased at various stores. Often Michaels have these specific types of Journals and with a coupon that minimizes the cost.
Some Dollarama stores have also had these Bullet Journals.
Each session is followed by a Drop in a week later to respond to questions and the experiences participants may have as they have begun to use this specific type of Journal.
