Well on the Web is an extension of the programs available in the Wellspring Centres across the country, enabling those who live far from a physical centres, or those not well enough to leave their homes, with access to Wellspring’s special brand of care and support.

Exploring Body Image With Story and Collage

Program Lead: Michelle Blance

In this six week class come and discover the inspirational power of poetry and story as guides in your healing journey with your body. Explore the stories you are telling yourself about your body as you allow the wisdom of your unconscious to speak through the process of collage making. We will use visualization, relaxation techniques and writing as tools for tapping into intuitive understanding as it unfolds in your collages.

The intention of the course is to provide emotional support and healing through the process of art-making and personal reflection.

No art experience necessary. There will be some group sharing.

Please bring a pen and journal for personal reflection.

Social Worker – MSW, RSW with 6-month certificate in expressive arts and three expressive art therapy courses from St. Steven’s College
