Gentle Hatha Yoga
Join us for Gentle Hatha Yoga on Monday mornings!
Gentle Hatha is a class that creates improved strength and mobility with a focus on connecting mind, body and spirit.
This eight-week program caters to all levels of experience and participant-driven with each person deciding how challenging they’d like their practice to be. Modifications and progressions are offered for all poses making the group class still very individually focused.
Classes typically begin with a focus on pranayama breath work, followed by asanas/poses designed to gently build strength and mindfulness. A short relaxing meditation allows participants to leave feeling refreshed.
Registration or Appointment Required: This program requires a commitment to attend all sessions.
