Introduction To Mindfulness Meditation
Learn to meditate for just 8 minutes a day! This program is not only informative and beneficial, but its an enjoyable, fun and relaxing way to learn a new skill. Each week you will learn a basic breathing technique as well as a mindfulness meditation technique.
Benefits include a lowering of one’s stress level, improving sleep, calming the mind and feeling a greater sense of peace no matter is happening all around you.
