Restorative Yoga Workshop
In this workshop you will learn how to engage the relaxation response in the body, how to better manage stress, and you will be guided in a practice of active relaxation. Restorative yoga supports overall health by bringing you into a state of balance and connecting you to your inner resources and wisdom. Leave with tools that will enable you to maneuver calmly through a hectic and sometimes chaotic world.
No experience necessary. Wear comfortable clothing. This class will be educational, involving a discussion, followed by a nurturing practice.
Pre-requisite for the weekly Restorative Yoga starting Feb. 5.
