Well Talk ~ Lessons from Life, People and Nature – At Home and Away

Kae Neufeld, M.Ed, M.Th and D.Min, is a cancer survivor who found the joys of long distance walking.  She has walked The Camino, the Trails of St Francis, St Cuthbert’s Way, and the interior of Iceland to name a few. As Kae says, “the call of the trees, the water, and the solitude have refreshed my life in so many amazing ways”.  Nature teaches us many life lessons!

“I am happy to share some of the lessons I’ve learned from trees as well as illustrating how these lessons are visible in the lives of the vulnerable people I have worked with in Rwanda. “

We all are vulnerable at different times in our lives.  Perhaps it is the story of trees that can show us how to move through life’s difficulties and carry on when we face the big and little challenges.
