Learn to relax body and mind in this gentle class which incorporates many yoga tools such as breathing techniques, gentle movement, supported relaxation and guided meditation.
This class provides time to slow down and relax so that you may return to your daily life feeling calmer and more refreshed.
IMPORTANT: Participants must be able to get up and down from the floor without assistance.
Please note, our programs are designed for adults only.
