Formal program evaluations are an important part of quality assurance at Wellspring. Wellspring conducts program evaluations throughout the course of the year.<\/p>\n

These are triggered by a schedule, or if adaptations to a program have happened or a new Program Leader is engaged.<\/p>\n

Wellspring\u2019s Program Managers monitor program evaluations on an ongoing basis and share aggregate results with Program Leaders.<\/p>\n

In addition, Wellspring regularly monitors program data (such as number of individuals served, average attendance, waitlists, etc.), has regular check-ins with Program Leaders and receives informal feedback from participants.<\/p>\n

This survey is sent to all active members that took a Wellspring program in the past year, and looks at participants\u2019 experience with Wellspring as a whole.
