Up to three-quarters report struggling with memory and decision-making due to brain fog. Over 80% suffer from debilitating fatigue. Anxiety, depression, and mobility challenges are also widespread. Wellspring\u2019s programs offer proven relief, helping people regain strength, confidence, and hope.<\/p>\n<p>Ally Cooper knows first-hand how vital this support is. Feeling vulnerable, being faced with my own mortality and the fear of not being here for my family was overwhelming.
