Upon reflecting on your inner dialogue and feelings, you can uncover thoughts or blocks that can be damaging your self esteem. Once you bring awareness to these blocks, you can transform them. And what better way to do that than through making them tangible and transformable through writing and art? Complete these 4 weeks feeling better about yourself, with more tools in your toolbox for maintaining your mental health.
