Create a “Letters from Love” Paper Journal

We need to learn to give ourselves as much empathy, compassion and grace as we give to others. We can learn this by writing ourselves letters from Love! This is a practice that Elizabeth Gilbert (author of Eat, Pray, Love) has been doing for many years and we’ll be taking inspiration from her. In this series of 4 sessions, you will create a journal from one large piece of paper, and fill it with letters from love and art to yourself! We will also be adding fun designs to our journals by printing on them with vegetables and fruits!
These approachable therapeutic art exercises will be more focused on the process than the product. No experience or art skills necessary! Come as you are and you will be welcomed!
