Journal writing is a powerful tool for personal and spiritual development. It helps you to see the ordinary parts of your life more clearly as your life’s journey is ongoing. Journal writing is simply a way to acknowledge it, like making a map.
During this 4-week group, there will be a comfortable mix of writing exercises, talking or reading, and time for quiet reflection. Writing may be shared within the group without judgement or criticism.
