The Lebed Method focuses on healing through movement and dance. It is a gentle therapeutic exercise program that helps participants increase range of motion, restore flexibility, develop balance, and have fun. This medically driven exercise program helps participants increase range of motion and flexibility after surgery. Focusing on the lymphatic system, the program may help to lower the risk of lymphedema, a permanent condition whereby the affected side swells dramatically when the lymph fluid becomes blocked.
