In addition, slides will illustrate the ideas in each session and an activity for learning a new coping strategy each week.
Learning new skills requires practice, so each exercise is recorded in an MP3 file that you can download and work with throughout the week. These skills build on each other and get easier with practice. This workbook also includes questions and explorations to support your engagement in the work. We hope the program is so compelling you will want to engage with it throughout the week. After all, it is all about you. The more you invest in the program, the more you will get out of it.
