For Lisa Calhoun, discovering Wellspring New Brunswick (NB) came at just the right time.<\/span><\/p>\n

In a recent video feature, Lisa shares her experience with Wellspring NB programs and the impact they have had on her life. She describes the support that Wellspring Bannon House provides as \u201ca gift from the universe,\u201d reflecting the meaningful role the programs have played in her cancer journey.<\/span><\/p>\n

Through the cancer support programs offered at Wellspring Bannon House, Lisa found more than just resources, she found a sense of connection, understanding, and community. The first program that Lisa signed up for was gentle yoga, where mindful movement and breathwork encourage relaxation and reconnection. This program, and others like it, are warm and welcoming, and create a safe environment where individuals living with cancer, as well as their loved ones, can come together, feel supported, and be themselves.<\/span><\/p>\n

Wellspring NB programs are designed to address the emotional, physical, and practical challenges that accompany a cancer diagnosis. For Lisa, this meant having access to support that helped her navigate her experience while also focusing on what matters most: living fully.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cAt Wellspring NB, we are all on different journeys, but we all have the goal of living our best lives, whatever that looks like,\u201d Lisa shares.<\/span><\/p>\n

Her words capture the heart of Wellspring\u2019s mission to empower individuals to define wellness in their own way and to provide the tools and community to support that journey.<\/span><\/p>\n
