Acupressure and Self Massage: Taking Healing Into Your Own Hands
Our bodies respond positively to therapeutic touch and with awareness and knowledge we can apply this to our own bodies as an act of self-care.
This workshop will provide an introduction to Acupressure and basic massage techniques. You will learn how to approach your body in a safe and effective way and will be introduced to acupressure points that can be used to manage pain, anxiety, stress, insomnia and other common challenges we experience both physically and emotionally.
