Be Well Talk: Laughter is the Spiritual Glue of Sanity
We either live life by design or default. Humour is by design and stress is by default. It is far better to develop the capacity to occasionally laugh at life than to hope that life never makes you cry. There are times when we need to lighten up. It is essential to believe in the power of laughter. It uplifts the moment and tends to be contagious. Laughter is often the spiritual glue of sanity that grounds us in a more reasonable perspective in life. This presentation describes the need for reasonable humour in your life. It reflects the need to know what is important in life and to take the time to laugh. Some days, laughter is all we got!
