Qi Gong (Chi Kung)
Chi Kung is a healing form of therapy along with Tai Chi and yoga. Participants will engage in a series of static postures incorporating gentle stretching movements, with synchronized breathing in a standing or sitting position. During the session, participants will experience a state of deep relaxation that promotes healing energy flow that can be translated to daily life. There is a commitment to attend once a week for a period of 4 weeks.
