Forest Therapy Walk
Come on a slow, sensory nature walk, to unplug and relax. This gentle healing practice decreases anxiety, boosts immunity, and leaves participants feeling “calm”. Guided through a series of invitations, participants will deepen their connection with nature and themselves. Each walk is about 1km and accessible to most. The Forest Therapy Walk is offsite and located at St. Johns Conservation Area (i.e. please note, this program may be cancelled due to inclement weather)
