Forest Therapy Walk
Come on a slow, sensory nature walk, to unplug and relax. This gentle healing practice decreases anxiety, boost immunity, and leave participants feeling “calm”. Guided through a series of invitations, participants will deepen their connection with nature and themselves. Each walk is about 1km and accessible to most. The location is yet to be determined.
