Nourish and renew your body, mind, and spirit with yoga poses that are safe and adaptable for your specific needs. Weather permitting, this program takes place in the Wellspring gardens bringing a connection to nature with a focus on breath work and centering. The group will begin with gentle warm-ups, leading into yoga postures, and completing the class with a guided relaxation. The intention is to provide participants with tools that empower them to connect mind and body while experiencing a sense of calm, well-being, and presence in the moment.
