Meditation and Creating Emotional Resilience
How do we turn our trauma into growth? Can we reduce hopelessness and develop more resilience? Being resilient is a skill that can be learned even if you are more sensitive to life’s difficulties and adversity. This course will focus on emotional awareness, perseverance, developing internal control, optimism, negative belief systems and creating perspective. By understanding ourselves more deeply through the practice of meditation we are able to develop strength of character and the ability to adapt to stress and adversity.
