Well on the Web is an extension of the programs available in the Wellspring Centres across the country, enabling those who live far from a physical centres, or those not well enough to leave their homes, with access to Wellspring’s special brand of care and support.

Meditation: Mindfulness for Beginners

Mindfulness forms the basis of many meditation traditions. Drawing on the roots of mindfulness that come from the Buddhist tradition, we will discover how to harmonize the interconnection between our thoughts, our emotions, and our body’s sensations. We also explore the relationship between our ‘inner’ world and the world around us, learning how to be proactive rather than reactive, with the world in which we live.
