Well on the Web is an extension of the programs available in the Wellspring Centres across the country, enabling those who live far from a physical centres, or those not well enough to leave their homes, with access to Wellspring’s special brand of care and support.

Meditation to Reduce Anxiety

In this two-part workshop series we will learn simple but effective meditation techniques and breathing practices, to help reduce anxiety and the effects of anxiety. Mind-body practices can help calm the mind, restore the body and reduce stress, anxiety and fatigue.
