Meditation Workshop: Loving Kindness
Metta, is a Buddhist term that means loving kindness as well as compassion. In this two part workshop we will take an in-depth look at various aspects of Metta, learning and practicing meditation techniques that will help us connect to our loved ones, our friends and our neighbours.
At its heart, loving-kindness practice involves giving expression to our wishes for the well-being and happiness of ourselves or others.
