Meditation Workshop: Tools to Help Navigate Change (In person or online)
As we move out of the past two years and attempt to integrate our personal and collective experiences of the pandemic, we are faced with change and transition that can feel overwhelming and difficult to navigate. Join us for this workshop where we will explore different methods of meditation as a way of support during this time of transition.
This workshop is offered both in-person and online. Registration is required.
