Relaxation  VisualizationA mindfulness body scan is a meditation exercise designed for you to become aware of your body, in the present moment. This exercise can be relaxing, however its purpose is for you to become curious and   explore the different regions and parts of your body. You do this by   systematically and intentionally moving your attention through the body. Lay on a yoga mat or sit in a chair and mindfully experience yourself from your head to your toes!
