Nourish: Beans and Grains
In these sessions, you will learn more about the healthy compounds and cancer-fighting potential in beans and grains such as chickpeas, quinoa, lentils, oats, and more. You’ll also learn how to shop for, store, prepare and cook various beans and whole grains. And, there will be a discussion covering the most frequently asked question about carbs, gluten, lectins, and other hot topics.
