Nourish: Super Healthy Strategies
Vegetables, fish, nuts, beans and fruit are all super healthy foods that you can learn to incorporate into your diet. In this session we’ll give you the recipes and tips to get you started. In addition to what you eat, super healthy strategies also includes information on planning meals, grocery shopping, sharing meals with others and incorporating physical activity into your life. You will learn how to make small, achievable lifestyle changes that leave you feeling positive and inspired!
