Well on the Web is an extension of the programs available in the Wellspring Centres across the country, enabling those who live far from a physical centres, or those not well enough to leave their homes, with access to Wellspring’s special brand of care and support.

Qi Gong

Qigong, pronounced “chi gong,” was developed in China thousands of years ago as part of traditional Chinese medicine. This 9-week series involves using exercises to optimize energy within the body, mind, and spirit, with the goal of improving and maintaining health and well-being. There is a commitment to attend once a week for a period of 9 weeks.

Please note Qi-Gong classes will be held in-person going forward. Registration is required.
