Qi Harmony
Qi Harmony is an ancient Chinese wellness practice that combines effective mindful breathing techniques, gentle movement, and guided meditations to promote emotional balance, inner peace, and vitality. Through Qi Harmony you will learn the art of using the mind to direct the flow of energy within the body. With these easy-to-follow meditations, you will be able to soothe the nervous system and bring fresh QI to the whole body. In this class you will also learn a 12-minute home practice that supports body and mind and builds on what you learn in the class. Learn to calm the mind and enter into a state of deeper meditation and relaxation.
