Well on the Web is an extension of the programs available in the Wellspring Centres across the country, enabling those who live far from a physical centres, or those not well enough to leave their homes, with access to Wellspring’s special brand of care and support.

Self Care for the Caregiver – Movement, Breathing, and Relaxation

Do something kind for yourself. Combining breath, movement, and meditation, this workshop will focus on reducing the effects of burnout and compassion fatigue. We will explore ways to re-connect with ourselves, and bring a sense of balance, presence, awareness, and joy into your day.
