Wellness Workshop: Sound-based Mindfulness
You will learn three strategies to optimize your overall well-being using sound and mindfulness. These simple strategies will help with discharging stress and inducing relaxation. Then we will experience a sound-based meditation with crystal singing bowls followed by group reflections. Please wear comfortable clothes, bring a journal and if possible good headphones.
