Sonic Mindfulness is an experiential, contemplative and restorative program that cultivates self-compassion, emotional regulation and stress management. It includes intentional breathing exercises, mindfulness practices, heart coherence strategies and sound-centered meditation combined with biofeedback technology and art-based inquiries.
