Well on the Web is an extension of the programs available in the Wellspring Centres across the country, enabling those who live far from a physical centres, or those not well enough to leave their homes, with access to Wellspring’s special brand of care and support.

Yoga: The Five Pranas

The vital life force is referred to as chi (China), ka (Egypt) or prana (India).  In this five-part course, each of the five directions of living energy is examined through visualizations, breathwork, movement, and dialogue.  By tapping into this subtle aspect of health, you can consciously activate where healing might best suit you.
