Yoga: The Science of Resiliency
Stuff happens. The ease and speed with which we can rebound indicate resiliency. More resiliency has been evidenced to correlate with the quality of life and longevity. This three-part course identifies pillars that support the development of greater resiliency including gratitude, acceptance, and awareness. We’ll live and breathe these concepts through yoga postures, meditation, and journaling.
