Part 1: How the Mind Works
Often your mind is not your best friend. When going through a life-changing and personally challenging event, the mind defaults to depression, worry, and anxiety. In addition to this, it’s important to understand that your mind is hard-wired to the rest of your body and actually does affect your health and the capacity of your body to heal. This workshop will describe how the mind works, and what you can do to take back some of its power. Registration required.
