Well on the Web is an extension of the programs available in the Wellspring Centres across the country, enabling those who live far from a physical centres, or those not well enough to leave their homes, with access to Wellspring’s special brand of care and support.

Yoga Tools for Better Sleep – Part 2

*Pre-requisite: Yoga Tools for Better Sleep (4 weeks)

In this two-hour workshop, we’ll review key points from the first series in order to highlight where your sleep routines could be further fine-tuned.  Then we’ll move on to expand our toolset to include:

  1.  More restorative yoga options for in bed
  2.  Additional breathing techniques
  3.  The compelling reasons to keep a gratitude journal
  4.  A scientifically assembled breath/movement practice

Those who continue to experience sleep interruptions will find these additional tools helpful as the pieces of the relaxation puzzle are always shifting.
