Yoga Tools for Anxiety
This 4-week program breaks down the symptoms of anxiety into behavioral, thought, physical, and emotional components. Each week, we will use movement, breath, and meditation to address each group. A significant effort is made to educate and empower participants so they can apply the tools more effectively over time. Registration required.
