Well on the Web is an extension of the programs available in the Wellspring Centres across the country, enabling those who live far from a physical centres, or those not well enough to leave their homes, with access to Wellspring’s special brand of care and support.

In this webinar, we will discuss the importance of getting grounded in ourselves by developing a mindfulness practice. You will also learn the many ways that we can use mindfulness techniques in our daily lives (breathing exercises, meditation, mantras, etc.) as a way to find healing connections in our communities. This is a special Pride month program for our 2SLGBTQIA+ communities.
The Sexual and Gender Diversity in Cancer Care (SGDc) group from Princess Margaret Cancer Centre discuss the challenges faced by sexual and gender diverse patients and the ways care centres, social media and patients themselves can improve the cancer care experience.
This webinar includes recommendations for navigating access challenges to exercise for LGBTQ2S+ people and discusses major topics in cancer exercise, including maximum heart rate and interval training.
