Well on the Web is an extension of the programs available in the Wellspring Centres across the country, enabling those who live far from a physical centres, or those not well enough to leave their homes, with access to Wellspring’s special brand of care and support.

Kinesiologist and clinical exercise physiologist Daniel Santa Mina, PhD, RKin, CSEP-CEP, sheds light on the concept of prehabilitation and how patients can prepare before starting their cancer treatment.
Princess Margaret Cancer Centre occupational therapist Patricia Blinn, OT Reg. (ONT), MScOT, breaks down the connection between exercise and mental health and the significance of exercise in cancer care.
