Art Workshop: Self-Compassion
Facilitator: Professional Registered Art Therapist
Are you a perfectionist? Does your inner critic chime in when you’re trying something new or stepping outside your comfort zone? In this 4-week Art Therapy workshop, you’ll learn about the practice of self-compassion, a proven way to help you relate to yourself with more kindness and mindfulness so you can do more of the brave things you want to do in the world. The workshop will involve hands-on creative exercises using whatever materials you have at home, journaling, and group discussion.
