Wellness Workshop: Emotional Freedom Technique

Emotional Freedom Technique (more commonly known as ‘Tapping’) uses various meridian points on your body to help you reduce anxiety, stress, or fears around a situation or event.
In this workshop, you will learn how it was developed and, more importantly, how you can implement this technique to use as a coping skill in your healing.
